Chelsea are now seriously interested in signing Benjamin Sesko this summer window after pulling out on Victor Osimhen race.
RB Leipzig striker, Sesko is now a top target for Chelsea with Arsenal, Man United and AC Milan all interested Serbian international.
The 22-Year-Old ended the season in stunning form, scoring or assisting in 13 of the final 16 games of the Bundesliga season, and his release clause increased to €65million (£56m) as a result.
Osimhen’s price is said to be between €120m (£103m) and €130m (£112m) so the 25-year-old will cost twice as much as Sesko, Reports claims that Chelsea stepped out of Oshimen’s race due salary disagreements.
Meanwhile, close sources told Footyvaild that Chelsea held a positive talks with Benjamin Sesko’s representatives, though nothing is agreed yet.
Viktor Gyokeres, Ivan Toney and Artem Dovbyk are other players that have been documented in Chelsea’s scouting reports. In this sense it is not expected their focus will change too much, given the club maintain control of the team build.
