England and Premier League Legend, Alan Shearer has just made a vital claim about Chelsea and England attacker Cole Palmer that the player surely won’t like hearing.
The Ex City starboy scored 25 goals in just 45 matches for Chelsea last season and He’s rightfully at this summer’s Euro 2024 tournament with England fresh off the stunning debut season for the Blues.
Moreover, Palmer’s momentum hasn’t spilled over into the summer yet. The Englishman has surprisingly been an unused substitute in the opening two England games of the Euros, where the three lions managed to win their first game 1-0 and luckily drew the second game 1-1.
Meanwhile, legendary Alan Shearer has said that Cole Palmer could find himself in a position where he plays no football at Euro 2024.
It’s quite a big claim when you consider we’re talking about the Premier League Young Player of the Season whose form was outrageous last season.
When asked how England fit Palmer into the team, Shearer responded: “He must be sat there thinking what have I got to do to get in.
“I know they won their first [match], 35 minutes they were good, the rest they weren’t so good. They weren’t great at all against Denmark the whole game, even when they went 1-0 up.
