I Think He Is The Best Deal Chelsea Have Done This Decade – Nicolas Anelka

The former Chelsea striker applauded the Blues’ recent transfer deal to land one of the most promising attackers currently.

Nicolas Anelka, who used to play for Chelsea during his football career, has come forward to commend his former side for the success of what he terms “the best transfer deal” the club has done “this decade.”

Despite Chelsea heavily selling off players, the team has also been recruiting new names to help balance the squad. Players like Hall, who joined from Leicester City after the side got promoted back to the Premier League, are among the most loved transfer deals by the fans.

Speaking in an online interview, Anelka shared his opinions about the current transfer business by his former side. He also mentioned some things he doesn’t like but still applauded the good deal the club managed to secure.

“The Estevao kid, he is sensational, I love him, I think he is the best transfer deal Chelsea has done this decade, he is pretty good.

“See, I am not very happy with the club due to how they are now selling players, but I think this Brazilian kid’s deal? It’s amazing. I really want to see him play in the Blues’ shirt.”

Chelsea is also still in pursuit of other deals, including that of Nico Williams, who Cucurella has said he is also playing a role in trying to lure to Chelsea.

Following the arrival of a new manager, the Blues will be looking to build a solid project this new season, and with the look of things, more transfer deals will be done.
