Chelsea’s struggles in the Premier League continued last night by dropping more points at home to Bournemouth.

Chelsea could only manage a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth in Tuesday evening’s match at Stamford Bridge. In fact, it took a Reece James free-kick in stoppage time to level the game and rescue a point for the hosts.

After a dominant opening 45 minutes, the Blues should have been out of sight, but they missed numerous opportunities, leaving them with a one-goal advantage at the break.

Yet again, Enzo Maresca watched his side come out in the second half much sloppier, and the momentum of the game suddenly shifted.

Former Chelsea captain, Gary Cahill has stated that Enzo Maresca’s poor decisions is the costing Chelsea in recent times.

“The Coach should blamed, you can’t underrate your opponents and crave a win, start your best players and win at ease” Cahill said…

Gary Cahill also stated that Maresca making a big mistake not taking off Cole Palmer especially yesterday against Bournemouth.

“When a player is tired, pull him off and put fresh legs, He {Cole Palmer} was clearly tired yesterday and even in other matches but the coach decides to retain him”

Lastly, Gary Cahill called on the Chelsea Board to sign an elite striker that can bang goals for the team at all time.

“Clearly you can see that the team needs matured and good players to stand high… The current players are good but we demand more”
