“He Did Really Well” Ruben Amorim Commends one Man United Star Despite Newcastle Defeat

Despite a horrible defeat to Newcastle United away from home, Manchester United’s manager – Ruben Amorim has single out defender Harry Amass for praises after he impressed on his full Manchester United debut against Newcastle.

The 18-year-old Manchester United’s academy boy was one of five changes to the starting line up for the 4-1 defeat as Portuguese manager prioritised the forthcoming Europa League quarter-final second leg against Lyon at Old Trafford on Thursday.

Amass had an excellent game that caught the attention of many, though Amorim was the only person that voiced out the worship for the young lad.

Speaking about Ruben Amorim’s praises on Amass after the game… The Man United’s manager admitted that the teenager had played well against one of the best sides in the Premier League.

“I think he did quite well. He caught a player that is really fast, he debuted in maybe one of the hardest stadiums with one team that is in a good moment. I think he did really well. He needs to continue and we need to help all these young kids. To perform in a higher level.” Amorim says…

The United’s young star, Amass who only made his senior debut for the club last month and was rewarded with a first start against high flying newcastle instead of Patrick Dorgu, who is said to be resting for an important Europa League clash against Lyon.
