Another Manchester United’s Starlet Has Withdrawn From The International Camp

1 min read

Manchester United may have another injury on their hands as right-back Noussair Mazraoui has pulled out of Morocco’s upcoming matches.

The summer signing was replaced at half-time in United’s goalless draw with Aston Villa on Sunday, with Victor Lindelof taking his place.

Now, his national side say the 26-year-old will not take part in Morocco’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Central African Republic on October 12 and 15.

Noussair Mazraoui had a patchy injury record at Bayern Munich, but had made a positive start at Manchester United.

The problem is, he has not had a break at United, due to the lack of rotation options at the position

He was making his 10th start for Manchester United against Aston Villa, and is now out with an injury.

The extent of the problem is yet to be determined, yet it’s enough to keep him sidelined during the international break.
