Ashley Cole Names Chelsea Best Player Against Everton Despite Disappointing Draw

Enzo Maresca’s boys missed the chance to go to the top of the Premier League table on Sunday afternoon because they were held away to Everton.

The blues had to settle for a point after a 0-0 draw at Goodison Park versus Everton, which ended the club’s eight-game winning streak across all competitions.

In difficult conditions, the Blues drew a blank in the Premier League fixture. Enzo Maresca’s side return to action on Boxing Day when they host local rivals Fulham in the league.

Meanwhile, former Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has commended Chelsea defender for this performance against Everton despite walking away with one point.

Speaking on the player, Cole named Tosin Adarabioyo as the best player against Everton. The Englishman Performed well and rarely gave up anything that Everton could take advantage of.

Everton broke through down Chelsea’s left with around 14 minutes left, and Tosin produced a world-class block at full stretch to save what would have been a certain goal.

“Tosin winning of the balls and making good clearance on that defense line is ridiculous, he was the favourite in that challenge and he still won it.”
