Manchester Uniteds Manager Erik ten Hag has laughed off suggestions that England’s National Team manager Gareth Southgate could replace him as Manchester United manager next season.ย
The Dutchman is fully convinced he will still be at Old Trafford next season.ย
โI donโt care,โ smiled Ten Hag when asked about reports linking the England boss with his job. โWe are working, we are cooperating, we are together in the boat.
“I was trained at Ajax and it was similar. When you are working at top football, you get used to it. So we donโt care. Players donโt care. When you are working at Man United there will always be noise but we are focusing on the team playing better.โ
According to Mirror the Dutchman is convinced he will still be at Old Trafford next season as Manchester United gaffer, Despite rumors of England manager Gareth Southgate replacing him as United’s coach.
Meanwhile Southgate heads a list of possible successors if the Dutchman is sacked alongside Graham Potter and Brighton’s manager Roberto de Zerbi.
