Former Chelsea player has urged the club to land one of the most promising talents in Ligue 1 to end hunt for a hot right winger

Chelsea have been poised to move in big for Rennes star who just turned 19 following hunt for another winger for Blues.

Currently considered as one of the most talented players in Europe, Desiré Doué has managed to gain attention from several other top flight clubs but Pedro believes Chelsea can get a good shot at him if they push hard.

The Spaniard disclosed in an interview lately that he has been watching Desiré Doué and suggests the player could be better than Eden Hazard was at Chelsea.
