“I’m Way Better Now” Chelsea Star Responses To Fans Criticisms

1 min read

Axel Disasi has quietly had a pretty steady first year in English football, too.

Blues centre-back Disasi, who earns ยฃ80,000-a-week, is one of the regular faces in defence this season.

Itโ€™s interesting to hear from the player himself how heโ€™s found the move to the Premier League.

Disasi has actually been upbeat and positive about his own individual form during this first season as a Chelsea player:

โ€œI feel I have improved since the start of the season. With my English, my physicality, my mentality also. When I came here, I was curious how I would adapt to the Premier League and I think I have done well,โ€ Disasi said via Chelseaโ€™s official website.

โ€œIt takes time but that is the process, you know? The process is good and you have to keep pushing to improve again and again.

โ€œI have enjoyed it a lot. It was something that I wanted, to play in England, so Iโ€™m very happy and very proud to play here. I think that my adaptation has been good, I have played a lot of matches, and I feel more comfortable game by game with my team-mates.โ€

We agree thereโ€™s definitely been signs of improvement in Disasiโ€™s game throughout the season as he grows more familiar in his surroundings
