Under fire Erik Ten Hag and Manchester United have suffered from a run of injuries recently, with Alejandro Garnacho being the latest to join the list.
Garnacho has had an incredible start to the season, with manager Erik ten Hag tipping the winger to be a world-class star if he carries on at the same rate.
So far this season, the 20-year-old has registered four goals and three assists in eleven games, making him a standout performer for The Red Devils.
However, the winger was recently left out of the Argentina national team for this October’s international break, with the reason being stated as the 20-year-old experiencing discomfort.
Now, taking to social media, Garnacho has confirmed he’s suffering from knee problems which have affected his last two games.
It’s also said that Alejandro Garnacho is likely to be available for Manchester United’s Premier League fixture with Brentford after the international break despite withdrawing from the Argentina squad.
Moreover, Garnacho was fit enough to start at Villa Park on Sunday and played the full 90 minutes, but he wore strapping around his left knee.
The Red Devils insist that the decision to withdraw from the Argetina squad is a precaution as a result of the injury he has been playing with for the past week.
