There is reportedly a chance that Manchester United midfielder will leave the club in the coming weeks to join Galatasaray following his problematic performance against Liverpool on Sunday
As United slipped to a shocking 3-0 home defeat at the hands of their bitter rivals, Casemiro was at fault for most of the goals his side conceded.
The Brazilian endured a torrid 45 minutes, during which time he made two high-profile mistakes that directly led to Luis Diaz’s two opening strikes, after the game it’s said that the Brazilian Midfielder had Clashed with Erik Ten Hag in the dressing room.
Sources told Footyvalid that Manchester United could now consider selling Casemiro, despite he failed to move to Saudi club this summer.
As it stands according to a Turkish journalist Ali Nici Kucuk, he stated that Galatasaray have contacted Manchester United to enquire about signing Casemiro.
It’s understood that the potential deal being looked at is a loan offer for a year, however, it’s not yet known how United will respond to this, with the Brazilian being a priority sale throughout the summer to arrange a permanent move away from Old Trafford.
Galatasaray have made some big signings already this summer with a loan move for Victor Osimhen from Napoli, and free transfers of Hakim Ziyech and Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea and Fenerbahce respectively.
