According to reports, Manchester United have rejected a £20m transfer offer for exiled forward Mason Greenwood from Italian club, Lazio.
The English young striker has been the subject of interest from a number of European big clubs, including Italian giants Lazio.
Though Juventus are also in talks to sign the 22-Year-Old, but sources has confirmed to Footyvaild that the Serie A side who have launched an opening bid for the Mason Greenwood, is Lazio.
According to Italian outfit, Gianluca Di Marzio, Lazio have offered Manchester United a package of £20million for Mason Greenwood, who’s expected not to play for the Red Devils again.
It’s said that the deal also includes a 50 per cent sell-on clause on Mason Greenwood, but the Reds are reluctant.
Meanwhile, reports also claimed La Liga sides Valencia, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid also want to secure Greenwood’s signature after his sensational performance in Laliga last season, playing for Getafe.
Meanwhile a reliable source claimed that a Getafe have launched a “concrete” £25m offer to that end, with his apparent preference also to stay in Spain.
And Getafe president Angel Torres has even suggested the club may land Greenwood on loan for another season.
Speaking at the club’s kit launch, he said: “We have 15 in the squad plus Greenwood, who we hope to give good news about soon and I hope will stay another year.
