According to Reports, Manchester United reportedly do not view negotiating a new contract with captain Bruno Fernandes as an immediate priority, with his deal still having two years left to run.

The Red Devils captain was again in impressive form for the club during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 15 goals and registering 13 assists in 49 appearances in all competitions.

There has recently been speculation surrounding his future, though, with Bayern Munich believed to be keen to explore a deal for him during the summer transfer window.

Teams from the Saudi Pro League are also thought to be keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding Fernandes, with a lucrative move to the division potentially becoming an option.

A recent report claimed that Fernandes is not one of the six untouchables in the Man United squad, and the club would be willing to let him leave this summer if a substantial offer arrived

Close Sources Told Footyvaild that the Portuguese superstar is yet to confirm whether he will stick with Man Utd and it’s said that heโ€™s โ€œdoubtful about what the club has to offerโ€.

Fernandes is one player who can hold his head high as he has been one of Unitedโ€™s top performers in recent years, but his long-term future is in doubt
