According to Reports, Man United’s opening offer for England’s and Everton’s defender reportedly £45 million is set to be rejected. The Toffees want at least a £70 million offer for the young English defender.
There is, therefore, a £25 million gap between the fee United are putting forward and the fee Everton want.
