Manchester United’s academy, Marcus Rashford has been enthused by Manchester United’s decision to retain Erik ten Hag and is ready to renew his commitment to his boyhood club.
The Englishman has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons this season and looks nothing like the player that netted 30 goals for his parent club just a few seasons ago.
Meanwhile, United’s insiders told Footyvaild that the Red Devils are expected to completely overhaul the first-team squad this summer and the future of several underperforming stars is in doubt.
The 26-Year-Old has really struggled this season under boss Erik Ten Hag and has only managed to score 8 goals in all competitions for the Red Devils, which is not good enough for a player of his ability, and there has been alot of speculation about his future with the club.
More over, according to The Sun, the 26-year-old is ready to fight for his future and wants to repair his fractured relationship with boss Ten Hag.
“Marcus knows one thing with ten Hag and that is that he really rates him. He knows he’s underperformed big time but has been telling his friends that he’s coming back strong this next season…. Close sources told Footyvaild reporters.
The English man is keen on staying at Old Trafford beyond this 2024/2025 season, but Manchester United are likely to give him one final chance, but if he doesn’t produce next season then a departure will be inevitable.
