The blues long wait for a Premier League Player of the Month award winner has finally been ended by Englishman Cole Palmer.
The Ex City forward picked up the prize for April after continuing his incredible first season at Stamford Bridge with seven goals in just four games.
Meanwhile Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has showered praises on the Starman for his excellent form since the start of the Season.
Pochettino on Cole Palmer’s award wins and nominations: “He is a winner. The level he reached for the club, his teammates and himself is amazing. The season he is doing is fantastic.”
Cole Palmer clinched the Budweiser Goal of the Mount Award, Making him the first Chelsea player in Premier League history to win both the Budweiser Goal of the Month and EA SPORTS Player of the Month awards in the same month.
