Amad Diallo was in brilliant form for Man United as he scored both goals in a 2-0 success against PAOK in the Europa League.
The performance caught the eyes of newly appointed Manchester United’s manager, Ruben Amorim who is set to takeover on the 11th of November.
The 22-year-old started for the first time since October 3, and he took out his recent frustrations on the Greek champions, running them ragged down the right and proving to be United’s match-winner in a game they couldn’t afford to slip up in.
After the game against Paok, it’s said that Manchester United’s dressing was buzzing with joy and happiness as Amorim got on call with Amad to praise in for the performance against the greece outfit.
During the call, sources told Footyvalid that Amorim was impressed and told Amad to keep working hard. Thee Portuguese coach also congratulated the whole team and Rudd who’s in charge as Amorim’s arrival remains imminent.Â
Amad’s star turn was perfectly timed to catch the eye of Ruben Amorim, who takes over as head coach on Monday, but for now, his future is in the hands of the new football structure at Old Trafford, with sporting director Dan Ashworth and technical director Jason Wilcox leading on contract decisions.
Amad wants to commit his future to Manchester United and make history with the club after marking his return to the starting XI with a stunning double against PAOK in the Europa League.
